I&#8217;m a milk and cookies man. You are what you eat, so, literally. Some fruit and vegetables have been thrown into the hopper over the years as a sop to my vegetarianism (almost not quite <a href=\"https:\/\/www.notanothercyclingforum.net\/bikereader\/solo\/vegan.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">veganism<\/a>), but my heart is pure cookie dough and my blood more white than red. I had a brief flirtation with soy milk after giving up what an acquaintance was so kind as to call &#8216;cow mucous&#8217; back when I still drank it. Finally settled on rice milk.
