INTRODUCTION

I have obtained a copy of the The Girl's Own Paper Annual presented to Mrs. Rebecca Hunter in the Primitive Methodist Chapel's Distribution of Prizes of the Adult Bible Class on the 16th of October, 1894.

So far as I am aware no one has attempted to transcribe all the material which appeared in this venerable publication, published 1880-1941. Nor shall I. That doesn't mean a few selected articles can't once again see the light of day.
